A collaborative approach

We deliver cost effective value engineered solutions, based on experience and focussed on the customer journey. Our design development team undertake concept designs, prototyping and iterative design development, managing design projects from on-site briefing to the production of full manufacturing drawings ready to make and install. 


Building Information Modelling (BIM)

One of the early adopters of the BIM technology Havelock International have made significant investments since 2011 to develop our BIM capability including software, hardware and training. We now deliver BIM level 2 compliant PAS 1192 (BS EN 19650) designs supported by immersive Virtual Reality outputs. Our 3D model files are supplied with embedded data rich assets LOD 400 to 200 along with COBie data.

Our aim is to provide accessible data to designers, architects, specifiers and contractors to make your latest interior design project as easy as possible, bringing life into your designs.

We have over 600 product families in our BIM library, covering over 4500 products from our standard education and healthcare ranges.

Retail shopfitting – the team have worked with many retail clients in the UK and internationally, to develop concepts for flagship stores and full estate roll-outs.

Education – Havelock International are a key player in the education interiors market place designing and delivering schools across the UK. We have designed classroom spaces for all the major school investment programmes such as Building Schools for the Future, Scottish Futures trust and 21st Century Schools. Our education furniture is developed to BIM Level 2 and covers all environments from early years to tertiary level.

Retail Banking – working with leading retail banks our team have developed cost effective solutions to roll out across the full estate, often developing and installing 300+ branches in each project.

Student Accommodation – Working with some of the UK’s top universities, Havelock have been designing and installing student bedrooms and communal areas for over 12 years.

Hospitality – Havelock have worked with the design teams of some of the largest and well-know brands in the UK. Working with their design teams we create brand standard bedrooms and unique hospitality environments.

Healthcare – our healthcare products are designed to have been designed to meet the requirements of modern healthcare and hospital environments, incorporating design features to address infection control.
